Help for Military Families

Additionally, Northside ISD offers services to military family students to help them transition to their new campus. Joint Base San Antonio School Liaison Office (SLO) helps parents ease the transition of the mobile military lifestyle. Staff specializes in serving military families with children in grades K-12.     
 
Moving to a new post can spark anxiety in military families over the quality of the schools in and around a military installation. But families with children in preschool through high school can take certain actions to mitigate these concerns and help their children transition effectively to a new school.
